Straight forward achievement. Start with the one to the west and move them all due east to the ocean and throw them in. Don't waste time with the enemy, just get the chemicals to the water.
RRIKER
Finish the "Enclave is on the Move...part 2" mission. Throw the bombs into the river before the clock runs out. This is also a good time to try "Smash-ifist."
