How to unlock the Lucky Guess achievement in The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker - Definitive Guide
The guilty person changes with each play through; but there are subtle differences in the stories (if you play the game multiple times), that will key you into who it is this time.
There are only 6 options:
Jaya - If she drops the vodka bottle, mentions she had dropped by the office on Valentine's Day, and was fired
Nathan - If he takes the phone call from Dekker on Valentine's Day (Act 2), and Jaya mentions he had her keycard in Act 3.
Bryce - If he mentions stealing a prescription for antidepressants
Marianna - She went on a date with Dekker on Valentine's Day (Act 2)
Claire - Mentions the paper spike glinting in the moonlight (Act 3 I think)
Elin - Went back to the office after her date with Max on Valentine's Day, she mentions lying about this in Act 5
There are other differences, but these are the ones that stood out to me.
The only important questions are about Valentines Day actions, the paper spike, the prescription pad and the drinking.

Since I wasn't 100% confident who I should choose, and since it is not possible to create backup copies of save files, I did the following.
Warning! Follow these steps exactly and carefully, otherwise you could overwrite your cloud save with the wrong file and you will need to replay the entire game again. If something needs clarification, let me know.
What I did was fully quit the game just prior to the part where you need to accuse a patient. Then I took my Xbox offline so that the local save data on the Xbox for this game would not overwrite the save data on the cloud. Then I started up the game again and started accusing patients. It wasn't until the 3rd guess that I chose the right patient.
Once I knew who it was, I fully quit the game again, went to manage game, then deleted the local save data on the Xbox. Next, I took the Xbox back online and started the game again. Doing this will download the save data from the cloud and restore you back to just before you need to accuse who killed Dekker. Choose the correct patient, then after the ensuing cutscenes and credits, the achievement unlocks once you return to the start screen.
Just save before you gonna start acuse people.
You can save it at ps cloud.
For me it was Nathan. But the guess 1/6.
MISSABLE and GLITCHY
This trophy is for correctly guessing who the murdered Doctor Dekker. Everyone will have a different killer. Even using my Walkthrough, the killer will be different. With 6 different killers, it means about 2-3 questions might be different for you as you're following along with the Walkthrough. You might also get new evidence not mentioned in the Walkthrough but these things won't influence your playthrough as they are very small. Pick everything you see in your Questions menu and if you need to press to type a question out. You can find that question by looking at your comments and checking the scenes with the * or ** next to them. If you are really struggling to figure out the question that you need to type and it's a new one not mentioned in the Walkthrough. You can do the following:
- Backup your save before doing this!
- Once you backed up your save, reboot the game, select Continue then press to use the Hints and you will see or get an idea of a question to ask the patient.
- Now simply write down what you see but change it slightly to make it work. For example, if a hint reads "Maybe She Should Stop Dancing?". All you need to do is change 'she' into 'you', making it read "Maybe You Should Stop Dancing?".
- When you have the right question, close the game and re-download the backup you made earlier. This will undo the Hint you've used and revert the game back to its previous state. Enter the question and you should be good to go again.
Eventually, you will be near the end of the game and the Walkthrough will give you a final warning to make a backup save before accusing someone. This will prevent you from replaying the entire game again. You have a 1/6 chance of correctly picking the killer first time but making a save file backup means you won't miss this trophy. You can pick them all and then when you find the killer, re-download that save and pick them right away. Remember, everyone's killers will be different.
Once you have correctly guessed on the first try or by reloading a save file to pick the correct person, you will see the innocent patients talking as the game reaches the conclusion. This will end up unlocking your remaining trophies and if you didn't use Hints at all (the button), then you will also unlock those trophies too.
Once the first guess is correct, the achievement will unlock.
Alternatively, if paying close attention, these are the tells used to identify the murderer.
