At some point in chapter 2 you can select drawing materials as a dialogue option to start a knock-knock minigame. To unlock the achievement, you have to win at the first time.
There are two ways to solve it. You can listen how many times you hear a sound and add +1 to this number or you count how many subtitles you saw and add +1.
So even if you hear a single knock give 2 as answer. After 2 correct answers you unlock this achievement.
UPDATE/WARNING: If you mess this up and give a wrong answer, the game seems to create an auto-save and you have to start a new game to have another chance. I would advice you to save + close the game to have a backup option. If you fail, simply delete your save console/local only (do not close the game until it's done, if done corretly the game will close itself after deleting the file) and restart it. You will load in your cloud savefile and get another chance. Thanks for all the people in the comment section letting me/us know about that issue.
