I had to watch Gustav fall off the cliff at normal speed. It wouldn't unlock while using Fast Forward.

By the time you're going to get this, you should have already unlocked the Shadow, I hope. By the end of Chapter Four (Gustav), you will see a confrontation between him and Edison outside near the cliffs. The confrontation itself will be prematurely ended by Swan pushing the Swedish detective off the cliff.
