Go up into the attic room before the roof. In the back right is a ladder up to a loft area. Use RT to travel up to the loft and grab the fox for this achievement.

Head up to the second floor, take the left hallway and then turn left at the end to ascend to the attic. Go to the furthest wall from where you now stand and you will see a ladder leading up into a loft area. Throw yourself up there using the R2 moving mechanic (or the controls for the VR) and then you shall find a Fox stuffed toy up here. This is a toy easter egg from Rime, another game by TequilaWorks.

You can find the fox in the loft of the attic. The stairs to the attic are on the second floor, just down the hall from Bernhardt's room. Once in the attic, head to the back part and notice a ladder leading to a loft. Head up the ladder and you'll see the Fox sitting on a box. Pick it up to unlock the achievement.
