A nod to the company itself, the "chemistry notes" is a written speculation of Tesla saying that "Tequila Works" where he didn't expect it to. This can be found in the chemistry room. If you head further in from the foyer but not going in to the dining room, turn left and then take the right doorway. There will be three other doorways here. The left door will be the one that takes you to the chemistry room where you will find a note with this sitting on the equipment there.
