The Grind game mode was unlocked for me after I completed day 1 of The Job after defusing a bomb.
You must defuse all 10 in one game as this isn't cumulative over multiple games
The Grind is an endless mode of bomb disarming, luckily you can pause the game at any time using
to go through the rules as slowly as you like. I also found it helpful to make a drawing I could write on and go through with the rules. Id go through the rules in order (1-4) and retrace my steps if a variable changed like if page 4 told me page 2 had something wrong on it id go back.
Here's a picture of my notes for example, its a bit messy
Every 3 bombs is a filing bomb where you order names by first/last A-Z/Z-A if you did that in day 2 of The Job, I personally found those easier than the bombs but if you want to avoid those then do The Grind ASAP to avoid having your unlocked game elements in it. The filling still counts as a bomb for the 10.

Pausing this game and using pen and paper helps. Write down the order of the wires and pause the game. All of the relevant info and ways to answer it is on your device that's connected to Jackbox. Use the pen and paper to help figure out the order and enter it on your device. Then unpause the XBOX and your answer will be entered while using very little time. I got this achievement and had 4+ minutes left on the clock. Also, this is better done with 1 person.

Might be worth noting that the filing bomb counts towards the 10. I thought I'd have to do 10 bombs *plus* the additional filing bombs, so I was a bit surprised when the ach popped after the second filing bomb.
In any case, can't imagine doing this without pausing the game. Great tip!

You have to successfully defuse ten bombs in one run. Your score from each run DOES NOT add up!
This is easiest if done before unlocking all the other Grind additions such as filing so all you have to focus on is regular bomb defusing and I would recommend playing solo to avoid any potential wires crossing in your communication.
It's nerve wracking, but doable. Keep at it and try not to lose your cool.

I know this solution is from 8 years ago, but the filing puzzles count as bombs in The Grind.

That's fair. Though, if I'm remembering correctly, some of the filing "bombs" were just outright incorrect which would increase the likelihood of spoiling an otherwise strong run. Therefore, it made it much simpler to have a more one-dimensional The Grind.
Then again, that was 8 years ago. I can't say with confidence that they haven't fixed that in the interim.
