How to unlock the Earwax: Sound Body achievement in The Jackbox Party Pack 2 - Definitive Guide

For this achievement we will be using the Multifox add-on for the Firefox browser. Install it and each new tab opened (ctrl+T) can be assigned a different profile by clicking the fox icon in the browser like so

Now you will need at least 3 tabs open as the minimum is 3 players. Go to http://jackbox.tv and enter the room code for your game. Once the game begins the judge will pick the prompt, now with the other players look for sounds that have words to do with bodily functions in them like burping, farting, sneezing, coughing etc. Pick 2 with one player and have the judge pick that sound clip and the achievement is yours.

This one's a pain in the ass to get.
It doesn't count breathing, orgasm, or choking.

It DOES count spitting.

Had to play 5 times just to get 2 bodily function SFX show up for one player.

FYI, games are first to get to 3 points so if you've got a player on 2 points but no SFX yet give the point to someone else. It's quicker to play another round than start a new game.

took me 5 or 6 games just to finally get two of these on the same tab. Definitely some RNG required, but you will get it eventually. Thanks for all the guides on this game :)

I couldn’t find the add-on but if you are on chrome you can just block the “jackbox.tv” cookie and open a new tab for each player it won’t track the previous player since you disabled that cookie.
I think you can do the same thing in ios by turning on the “Block All Cookies“ option in safari but I am not sure.

There are a variety of sounds to choose from, some of which are bodily function sound effects (burp, fart etc.). Any player will need to choose any two of these sound effects and win the round for the trophy to unlock.

Note there will not always be two bodily functions available so you may have to play a few rounds to get this one.

If playing with other people, keep choosing the bodily function sounds every round. Unfortunately, the result is left up to the decision of the other players.

If using the multi-user method, have any player who is not going for Bodily Malfunction work on this trophy. Eventually you will get two bodily function sound effects. Those need to win the round (See the multi-user walkthrough for details).
