This achievement requires you to have a bracket go to overtime with an audience member present.
You can do this one of two ways, depending on what browser you're using:
Firefox:
Use the Multifox add-on for the Firefox browser. Install it and each new tab opened (ctrl+T) can be assigned a different profile by clicking the fox icon in the browser in the top right corner.
Google Chrome:
Click on the person image in the very top right of your browser. Go all the way down to "manage people" and click on it, then click on "add person" in the bottom right corner. Once you click it, click an image for them then click "save" in the bottom right corner. This will open a new pop up window for that person.
I'd suggest using the Firefox method as it's easier to navigate tabs than windows, but I couldn't get it to work for some reason so I wen't with Chrome.
Regardless of what method you use, open six tabs/windows and join a Civic Doodle game. Have five of the six tabs/windows join the lobby and start the game. Have the sixth tab/window join in after as an audience member. Once the game starts, two random players will be chosen to add to the image. Add a line or a dot then click submit. The players who didn't draw can vote on the image. Simply pick one of the images and have all players and the audience member windows/tabs vote on it and you'll get your achievement.
*Note* I believe you can simply vote with one person, as long as the drawing gets 100% of the votes. I voted with three player tabs and didn't have time to vote with the audience and still got it.

Velvet
A minimum of 5 Players and 1 Audience member is required.
As long as there is 1 Audience member, a Player will get 100% of the votes for any round they vote in. If you are playing normally, this will unlock on it’s own as you play the game. Though if you can play with friends, you can set this up better and have them join the game after it has already started. The trophy will unlock once the votes are tallied after the matchup.
