The easiest way is to start an 8 player game (so that Gene isn't invited) and let it idle. Since the game will end in an 8 way tie, everybody will win, and nobody will have gotten Best Burn since you didn't vote! The game takes about 15 minutes to play through with no inputs from you.

Gene doesn't enter the game if you have 4 or more players so you don't need 8.

this worked perfectly-didn't want to try because of the dislikes but there's literally no other way i can see to unlock this, unless you manage to make player 1 and 2 tie, then player 1 and 3 tie, then let it idle out, all without burning..which is hard!

Yeah, I've done this on 3 accounts now and have had no issues, so I'm really not sure why people aren't getting it and downvoting. I thought about taking it down, but it definitely does work, so whatever. Glad you got it :)

I did this tactic with 4 players. Achievement popped just fine. Though, I didn't just let it idle. I typed gibberish answers so it didn't take as long. Just don't vote for any answers each round. Those are the only times that need idling.
just change the 8's to 4's in your solution, and you're fine.

Idling works with 8 people; taking about 20 minutes. If you just submit random stuff in submission rounds; but don't vote during voting rounds, you can cut it down to 8-10 minutes instead. Still looking for an 8 way tie.
