This one is annoying and luck based. Basically, your odds are better the more players you have, so I suggest starting up a game with 8 players. From there, you can idle until the final round (the one with the pictures), but it does expedite the process if you just click random things instead of letting the timer count down.
Once you get to the final round, pay close attention to the choices given to each player. Everybody is given 2 to choose from, and you're looking to select the one that says "A moose."
At this point, you've earned the achievement, but I forget if it pops immediately or if it doesn't show up until the actual picture of the moose is shown on screen. If someone could confirm either way, I'll tweak this bottom part! Either way, you need to select "A moose" and the achievement is yours!

Holy ABSOLUTE luck, I got it my first try on player 8's window *phew*, don't have to do this many times like the guys above.
Amazingly, I got this whilst playing the second game, AND the player that got the Moose was the AI 'Gene'. I can therefore confirm that the AI is able to unlock this for you (obviously requires an insane amount of luck!)

Wow, I got really really lucky... I was on my first run going for beating Gene with three accounts, and got the moose! I'm glad I read through requirements for all achievements beforehand :)

Should be 5000 TS? Lol You can just idle and do this... That's not a challenge. I'd rather games that require a lot more effort maintain higher point spreads. This is just whatever. Took 4 matches for me. No big deal. At least this isn't like Oh... Sir! Where you have to sit for like 10+ hours just to get the exact insult combination of "Your hovercraft... is full of eels!" and you have to be using specific characters to better your chances at it to boot. That one is rage inducing...

Id recommend to leave this as last achievement during the STI game playthrough. There is a chance it will pop during the other chievo attempts. When I was doing "Beat Gene" attempt I had "a moose" as an option (and that was with only 3 players setup).

Just unlocked it and can confirm it unlocks as soon as all answers are locked in. Also it took me 11 games to get it... Yes 11. Also, Also, it takes 14:30 to 15 minutes from the time you hit "same players" or "skip" tutorial if you are just idling it before you start the final round. So set a timer and do something else for a bit.

This achievement sucked! Took me over an hour with 8 players before I finally got the option and this is the 2nd attempt at getting it so probably spent closer to 2 hours trying to get it. Didn't help that my tabs would always mess up in this game mode so I'd have to keep refreshing them either.

I was able to get this on Game 3 too with 8 players.
I was Idling and then saw the last round on the screen, went to my laptop and saw all tabs where in a previous round and didnt refresh. Luckily i could reload the page and enter the room code + player name and it took me to the answer screen. I had the Moose option on 2 players. So finally got it after a retry 8 month later (i also tried 3x before back then), just before it leave Gamepass.
