Start a Blather 'Round game with two players. It doesn't matter what person/thing you pick, or what clues.
For Player A, guess Player B's answer right away. For Player B, let the time run completely out and then make sure you click "Yeah... My Bad". Repeat this for round two (Player B goes first) and at the end of two rounds, the game will be over, and the achievement will pop.
