You can get this at the very start of the game. Once you join a lobby, you are prompted to create your own animation. Just draw three lines from each available shade in both frames. Submit that, and you're good to go. (Disclaimer: I don't actually remember when I unlocked this, so if that doesn't work, start a game and do this with your first actual prompt.)
