Needs 4 people to start the game. Have three players guess the fourth player's accomplice incorrectly (call them out when it isn't them) 3 times. Once a player finally guesses on the 10th guess, this will pop.

This is completely wrong!
Minimum 4 players but a 5th can get this achievement for you in the 1st murder phase.
In the murder phase choose an accomplice to kill and then when it asks who brought that accomplice choose the wrong player. It will say you guessed wrong and after 5 seconds you can choose again but it will have ruled out the incorrect guess. That is one murder attempt.
You can do that 3 times with each player without killing the accomplice.
Saying "calling them out when it isn't them" implies you are talking about guessing who is the murderer in the detective phase and very misleading.
