In Nonsensory, after you give an answer, you're prompted to "add confidence" to your answer which is essentially a gamble. If you're correct on your answer you get extra points, if you're wrong, you're awarded negative points. Though this doesn't matter for the achievement.
For the achievement, in a given round, have a single player answer and then click the "Add Confidence" button on their answer for every answer for the entire round. Doesn't matter how close you are, if you get bonus points or negative points.
