Start a game with at least 5 players, once you get to round 2, have one player choose the mystery item, and then have everyone vote for it during the voting round. It may be possible to get this with 4 players (because you vote on items in pairs). But you might not get to vote enough times on a particular item, so I would do 5 to be safe.
You should be able to get all the achievements in one game if you start with 6 (5+ 1 audience).
1) Be sure to choose manual presentations before starting.
2) Be sure to try haggling on each purchase (I got it by giving the lowest offer on the cheapest item in round 2). You can stop after you are successful once. Immediately pops:
