The first time you start this game you see a sign right before the first round saying 10 days since last “fart” incident. Each round played counts up one day.
The achievement will unlock at the beginning of round 3 on your 5th game if no incidents occur.
If any of the answers throughout those games say “fart” in it, the sign goes down to 0. So its best to get this done right away since they give you a 10 day head start in the beginning.
Edit* it seems to start at a random number and you may start on 5 days without an incident. In that case you will just get the achievement when you see the sign when it gets to 25.

Hmm, I only had a 5 day head start on first run. :thinking:

Also probably worth noting: the achievement pops when you see the "xxx tests without a fart incident" sign. So for example, I ended my game at 25 rounds, but it didn't pop until I started the next game and saw the "25 tests without a fart incident" screen.
