ties do not count towards your three wins, despite it appearing as though a tie counts as a win for both players,
this achievement is very easy to boost by yourself. you need a minimum of two players for this game. i suggest just opening up two different browsers on a PC side by side, but you can also use two phones or tablets or whatever you have available.
with two players each person gets 11 turns in a round. simply type anything, like "x", and have the second player press YES. you can have the first player press NO each time, but that's not necessary. if you only press NO once, the final score will be 11-9. at the end choose "next round", and after the same player wins three rounds in a row, the achievement will trigger. i used two browser windows (firefox and internet explorer) and it only took about 5 minutes altogether for the three rounds.
also note if you type the word "nugget" and have the other player accept it you will earn another achievement:

It looks like even though a tie counts as a win for both people, you have to solely win three rounds in a row for this achievement. Just figured I'd test it out, since I wasn't sure!

Just have one player win three rounds in a row. This is easily accomplished by having one player have all of their words voted yes, while the other player has all theirs voted no. It should display your current win streak at the top of your device's screen.

Use Multi-Account Containers as detailed in the road map to create two players. Name one "WINNER" and the other "LOSER". Split your tabs into two windows by clicking and holding on one of the tabs and dragging it down until it turns into a new window. Then put the two game windows side by side so you can switch between them easily.
This will be nearly identical to the Word Spud: Group Hug trophy, except you will want to press "no" to at least one of LOSER's words so they get a -1 instead of a +1. The length of the game depends on how quickly you get 22 words accepted, so you'll only want to press "no" once per round and then accept everything else to end the game more quickly. At the end of each round, press "Next Round" to start another round with the same players. Repeat until 3 rounds are done.
This trophy unlocks at the end of the 3rd round.
