Win all Wrong Answer of the Game Prizes

How to unlock the YDKJ 2015: Winventory achievement in The Jackbox Party Pack - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement, you have to choose the sponsored "Wrong Answer of the Game" in each of the 50 episodes. This is usually a choice during the episode that isn't correct but relates to the sponsor in some way. After choosing it, you can safely quit out and you'll keep the prize (and progress toward this achievement). If you're in a multiplayer game, as long as someone chooses it you'll get credit. When playing through the episodes, you start with five unlocked. For completing an episode (regardless of score), you unlock another. So to get this achievement, you'll need to fully complete at least 45 episodes.

Below I've listed the answers in this format:

Episode #: Sponsor
(QUESTION #) Wrong Answer of the Game Button

So, follow the guide and you'll have a pile of worthless junk and 50g in no time!

So just a quick idea...I'm only finishing episodes if the prize is on question 6 or later...which is about 50% of the episodes. Haven't had any issue unlocking new episodes and it saves a bit of time on those episodes where the prize is on like, question 2.

So what I did is when I was doing something else, like playing my 360, I would let it run through the episodes. So when I went back to play, I could just quit once I got it right. Works well if you are not in a hurry.

I think you do have to complete every episode.

Currently doing the 360 version. Almost 10 hours for the 50 episodes.

And, of course you can't turn off the "cutscenes"! That's the best part.

Can confirm you DO NOT need to complete each episode to get this. I completed 45 of them so that all were unlocked but left #48 incomplete and it popped after answering the wrong answer during #50.

I grinded through all 50 and had the present icon next to every episode but achievement didn't pop. When triple-checking each episode in the episode selection, I noticed one episode wasn't showing the picture of the sponsored prize on the bottom right like all the others were, even though the present was showing. I replayed that one episode and the achievement unlocked as soon as I answered the right question.
Sharing in case someone else encounters similar situation.

FYI, if your stuff deletes, you can get it back. Some of it anyway, depending on how much you played at once. I played from 36 to 38 and the glitch happened to me. When I got it back I was back on 36 when I had booted up the game originally.

After a few games, I noticed my stuff reset because it went back to question one and everything was locked again. I went to my game settings and deleted my local file on my XBOX and NOT my cloud. I loaded up the game again and I was back on question 36 with my stuff back to normal.

I think it may have been because I picked the "I don't care" profile when I normally choose one I made with my name. I have been using my profile the whole time and the one time I choose "I don't care" it reset me. So I would stick to the same profile used every time.

This achievement can be completely idle boosted if you have a turbo controller or
other device that can repeatedly press A and a windows laptop/computer and macro software. If you are already familiar with running macros on windows basically what you want to do is start a 4 player game and set up the macro to select a different answer on each player to cover all 4 options. The turbo controller presses A repeatedly to start a new game after each finishes.

If you don't have a turbo controller you can still use this method to semi idle boost
while you are doing something else, pressing A your self on the controller every
10-15min to start a new episode.

First of all you will want to download and run tinytask on your computer:
http://www.vtaskstudio.com/support.php

Click on the settings icon (the screwdriver/wrench) and select the option for
continuous playback.

Now startup YDKJ and choose the multiplayer option and configure 4 browser windows
to join the game using the in-private method detailed in the 10 player lie swatter
solution. Don't click on the all players are in button just yet though.

Resize and re-arrange the 4 browser windows so there a place on the screen where
you can click each one to make it the active window. You should see big Y B A X
buttons on each screen.

Now click on the tinytask record icon or press the record hotkey and record the
following actions:

Click on the spot on window 1 to make it active and then click on the Y button,
click on window 2 to make it active then click on B button, click on window 3 and
click on A, click on window 4 and click on X. Repeat the same sequence again for
all 4 just to be sure you get them all.

Click on record icon or press record hotkey again to stop recording. Now click
on the all players are in button on one of the windows to start your game and
click on the play button (or use play hotkey) on tinytask and sit back and watch
for a couple of rounds to make sure all 4 players are getting their answers in within the 30 seconds

This way you have all 4 possible answers being selected for each question ensuring
you will select the wrong answer of the game on one of the players.

Now setup your turbo controller to press A to automatically start the next episode
when one finishes and you are good to go. You should have the achievement in about
10 hours or so if all works as it should.

If you need to quit or it gets interrupted before it completes you can restart by doing episode select on the screen you get after you select multiplayer and scrolling down and choose the first episode without a present icon by it and start the process again. If you leave the browser windows open and in the same spot you should be able to just reconnect them using the new code and restart playback on your macro without having to re-record it again

I suspect this same method will work for the 360 version. I no longer have the 360 game to confirm though. If someone can confirm it works I will post a similar solution there.

Just a heads up from my experience of this. The game would regularly hang on a black screen or my screens would time out. Sometimes I was able to get a good run of 15 or so games done, other times it wouldn't even done one. Great suggestion though to macro it.

You must select the Wrong Answer of the Game from all 50 episodes. Every episode has one wrong answer in one of the standard multiple choices questions that matches up with the episode's title somehow. For example, in Episode 1: The San Francisco Otter Choir, the wrong answer of the game is "Odder" as it sounds like "Otter", and in Episode 2: Flavored Eye Drops, the wrong answer of the game is "Lens Crafters" as glasses also relate to eyes. One important thing to note if you're looking for these on your own is that if the Wrong Answer of the Game is in Round 2, Cookie will remind you of it before question 6. If you haven't found it in Round 1 and he doesn't remind you of it before Round 2 starts, the Wrong Answer was in Round 1 and you've missed it.

While you do not have to complete the entire episode to get credit for finding the Wrong Answer of the Game, you do need to complete an episode to unlock a new episode. If you've been playing for fun without worrying about trophies and have all the episodes unlocked, you can replay an episode, choose the Wrong Answer of the Game, and then pause and quit on the next question. If you're going after the trophy immediately and have no new episodes unlocked yet, you will have to finish each episode after finding the Wrong Answer so you can unlock a new episode to play.

The trophy will unlock when the final prize you need is revealed to you.

You can check which episodes you've already found the prizes in by going to the episode list and looking for a present icon next to the episode title and a picture of the prize beneath the list of high scores.

Here's a complete list of all the Wrong Answers of the Game:
