The best option to achieve this is to choose Ryo.
Go to "Missions -> Time Trial". Choose Ryo
He has a special move that grabs the opponent and explodes him. Down, circle backwards and HP.
If you are not so good, try to keep the first 2 - 3 fights without being too much bar decrease. Some of the random rivals could be trouble. Like Yuri or Iori (specially him). If you see that they don't fall for this move, try to change strategy spawning jumps and kicks and also throwing fire on the ground to the opponent.
You can always press Start to check for Ryo's (or anyone else) special moves.
If you manage to win the 10th and final battle you'll get this one.

I simply went with Goro Daiman and abuse his earthquake. foward down foward LP. Easy.
