How to unlock the Yahoooo! achievement in THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIII - Definitive Guide

This achievement is best earned in Versus Mode. Plug in a second controller, set player 1 to level 5 and player 2 to level 3 (normal).

Use Kyo, the top left character in the selection screen. His super move is 2141236 + LP or HP (if using default controls it would be cn_down cn_downleft cn_left cn_downleft cn_down cn_downright cn_right + cn_X or cn_Y)

This can also be earned in Arcade Mode but it will be slightly more difficult as the AI will be attacking you.

Just Simply plug 2 controllers to your console and play Versus mode. I login with another account for 2P for safety sake.

You can set 1 Round and Player Power Gauge/ Drive Gauge to Max.
Then you can do what ever you want and this will unlock all
Super Cancel/Driver Cancel/HD Cancel/ Max Cancel
Super combo Finished/ Neo Max Combo finished etc.

Self Explainatory, just hit 100 times. Achievement will pop after the battle ends.

A Super Special Move (also known as a Desperation Move) is like the name says, A Super Attack. Most of the King of Fighters XIII character cast has 2 Super Special Moves, few have only 1, Crimson Ash and Saiki exclusively have 3. Every Super Special Move cost 1 power stock and will emit a flash upon using one. The inputs are usually vary from move but most of them are similar to others inputs. Hers is an example showing off Yuri Sakazaki's Super Special Moves:

  • Haoh Shou Kou Ken: + /
  • Hien Hou'ou Kyaku: + /

As you can see the rotations are pretty radical compared to regular Special Moves. Because Super Special Moves take up 1 power stock to use it would be best to better utilize them at the end of your combos as they are easily noticeable as a starter. Unless your opponent is obviously pushing buttons there should be no reason for a flat out Super.
