You need to cancel super special move with climax super special move.
You can practice that in TUTORIAL MODE / ATTACK MOVES/CLIMAX CANCEL. The easiest I Found is to go to VERSUS / 1on1 normal/Player 1vs CPU/ choose character and select Handicap LV.5 Power gauge Max as you need 4 bars to do it.
How you perform moves depends from character to character and you have to check it in character's Command list. You can use fight again until you will get achievement.
