Nice quick and easy solution here :
When you get to Character select you will see the option to select Character random (
) or Team Reandom (
).
Click the Right Analogue Stick ( ) 3 times at the character select screen to choose Character Random 3 times
Now each fight you will start with 3 Random Characters. Once you finish story mode you will unlock the Achievement.

Good guide since I didn’t know if they want to use random teams or 3 characters,since random team gives you 3 random characters
