In turn-based mode, when one of your agents falls to 0 health, any other agent(s) you have will get a new actin available to Stabilize. Select the downed agent and it will recover some of their health (50% if first time downed, 25% otherwise). You have up to 3 turns to stabilize the agent on the medium difficulty, though this may vary.
