How to unlock the Tables Turned achievement in The Lamplighters League - Definitive Guide

Thought this was unobtainable at first but after seeing a few unlocks popping up decided to test some things out and it seems that you have to defeat her in a single turn, possibly on Survival difficulty and possibly without killing any of the other enemies in the area. This can be done on any difficulty and you can clear out some of the enemies before starting the turn-based combat.

In order to defeat her in one turn you need to hit every shot, or get 2-3 crits per miss, you also need to recruit the pilot first, you can easily recruit the pilot with Lateef by just walking around the stationary guard to the building, wait for his red circle to go down a bit then go back in to get the pilot, try to lure the patrolling guards when doing this to make it easier to get back to your group. Once regrouped head to the dynamite box near the dock and wait for Lady Nicastro to be within it's radius, try to lure her away from cover before starting combat then using Eddie, shoot the box and Lady Nicastro. Now it's just a case of unloading all your attacks on her.

I recommend saving at the start of this area before rescuing the pilot, and save again after rescuing the pilot, make sure to reload your save if you get caught by the patrols or miss attacks on Lady Nicastro.

Achievement will unlock as soon as she retreats. I did this on 2 accounts to test it and it works on Xbox and PC, both were on Survival difficulty and Lady Nicastro was the first enemy to die in that area both times too.

Video for the full mission below but you can skip to 1:59 for the final section or 3:25 for the fight itself.

Just unlocked this by taking her to zero in one turn as mentioned above. Did it on Explorer difficulty and had killed the patrols and enemy watching over the pilot. You have to take her out in one turn. Great solution! worked for me on the 1st try.

Deleted my solution because this worked for me, I still feel like this is glitched, but glad this works at least!

Just created a new campaign and beat her in I think three turns, but didn't pop. I shall try again.

Update: Just realized it said completed in one turn, but I did manage to get it. Thanks for the video, definitely made it significantly easier!

She definitely needs to be beaten on the first turn, make a save before the fight so you can keep trying until you get it :)

ever since the newest patch it doesn’t have to be done in a single round anymore, just gotta kill her in 3 rounds before she disappears.

Thank you for your solution but I find it to be incomplete, respectively awkwardly worded. Would you mind rewriting it to be more complete up front?

I played on the easiest difficulty and found that:
- you must recruit the pilot first,
- you must engage Lady Nicastro on your terms to get a full round of attacks,
- you must score all hits and score at least one crit,
- you must use an explosive crate to substitute a low damage attack.

You cannot:
- let her engage you while an Evade is up as you will loose an attack,
- not crit as all your attacks, substituting a low power attack for a crate explosion, will still leave her with 5 hit points,
- not recruit the pilot first, see previous point,
- miss an attack and not substitute the damage with a significant amount of crits.

I found the best way to increase your chances to hit is to engage her in melee and let Ingrid stand opposite your team for a flanking bonus. Having your agents engage Nicastro so that she will stay out in the open is critical as it will significantly increase your chances to hit and to crit. Also, special moves seem to not have a chance to crit, hence I recommend avoiding those.
