This is the penultimate achievement. You get it by saving the last forlorn right before the end of the game.
The puzzle follows the format of many others where you retrieve a flame at the bottom of a staircase, and bring it up whilst avoiding blowers that will put it out.
On your way down the stairs just make sure to use the horn to move the various cubes to either block or move the blowers. Then simply carry the flame up.
Achievement will pop once you’ve delivered the flame and started the dialogue tree.
