This is for rescuing 10 of the 22 available Forlorns. If you're being thorough and got all 7 in the forest, you'll hit 10 on the third Forlorn in the Marsh.

I think this one might be bugged. I got the achievement for getting all of them, but not this one

Story Related.
This trophy will unlock when you've helped your 10th Forlorn. Only 12 are required to complete the actual story so this will unlock naturally as you progress through the game. Please see the individual Campfire trophies for all the Forlorn locations.
