Missable. You need to open a secret room in the garden behind the statue with running water. There are 4 puzzles to solve (numeric keys, kogai door, tarot door and numeric lock). After entering the room you should get the achievement.

As a potential warning to others, this did NOT unlock for me. After I auto-solved the doors and stepped into the room... nothing. I waited several minutes and went to the game's club/achievement progress page to try and force the unlock but nothing worked. I force quit the game and re-loaded hoping it would unlock at that point but still nothing.
Thankfully, when you go to Load Game instead of Continue, they give you an option to press Y to load a backup save instead of your most recent. I chose that option and it put me right before I had auto-solved the tarot card door. I auto-solved it again and the achievement immediately unlocked. Very strange as I had no other problems with achievements not unlocking in this game.
