I saved her and got the achievement but she is not in the bathroom. She is nowhere in the house.

Dont know if you had a glitch or something else on your gameplay is missing.
She literally says "I'm in terrible need of a bath" . I teleported back to the foyer , went up the stairs, then right till the end to the bathroom. She asks me to come in and has a small chat then asks to meet downstairs.
