To obtain this achievement, you must trigger a cutscene in the basement of the mansion however the door is locked with a pool of blood surrounding it (Benedict will comment on this)..
To unlock the door you must find your dad's wallet at the far left of the mansion's ground floor (The floor you first find yourself on upon completing the tutorial)
Run past the library into a small office setting.
You will find a coat hanging near a desk which can be interacted with, in this interaction, you can grab a "Key with symbol" from the wallet... After grabbing said key, you must now run to the opposite side of the mansion (far right) to the kitchen, you will find a door that is already open with light coming through
Head down and interact with the locked door with the pool of blood to unlock it, the cutscene in this hallway basement will pop the cheevo :)
