His first 2 forms are just standard combat. I was playing with One Hit Kill and Invincibility on so can't give much advice on patterns or how many hits. But his 3rd form took me a bit to figure out.
He shoots waves of ice spears, and one of those will usually be gold in colour. What you need to do is make sure you're in the path of the gold spear and hold RB to bring up your shield. This should stun the gold spear for about 2 seconds during which you need to grab it with RT to fling it at Tomas. One Hit means I only needed to do this once but it may require multiple spears if playing without assists.
