The Last Faith

You will get this ability in the Federal Inquisition Area. After defeating the two Winged Pale Laments, continue until you find Hermann's office key. Once you find that, you can open the door to the east of the Inquisition Inner Sanctum save room. In here you will face the final boss of this area Dr. Ridley Hermann he has two phases. After defeating him, continue on and you will come to a room with the Gravitational Ring and an NPC named Annabella. You can send her to the Manor and she will sell healing items and other things to help you.
