The Last Faith

You find Mariano in the City of Mythringal directly north of the Mythringal west save point. You will enter an area and it will focus on a raised ladder. You need to make your way west and hit a switch to drop the ladder. Once you do, you can climb it and talk to Mariano and send him back to the city. He is located on the first floor left side of the manor. He will basically sell you items to use and a few weapons throughout the game, but the major thing he will do is level your weapons. You will be able to use Moonsilver stones for some weapons and Demishade ore for other weapons.

You can level them up to 2 without blueprints. You will need to find three Blueprints The first adds levels 3, 4, and 5 and is in The Esk Mansion, The second adds levels 6, 7, and 8 and is in the Lithurgical Pass, and the last adds levels 9 and 10 and is in The Junas Ministry. They are pretty easy to find. There is also two achievements for leveling your primary and secondary to level 10; just level any primary to 10 and any firearm to 10. I will also let you know later in the game you will be able to buy Moonsilver Stones and Demishade Ore freely, but they are expensive. You can buy moonsilver from Mariano and the Demishade ore from Dorothea.
