In the Telwynill Village, you will notice a big door with five locks by the first save altar. Once you go around the village area and unlock all five locks, when you proceed through this door you will fight this boss to proceed into Ordens Regnant Palace. This boss drops another of the Stigmas. This one is the Stigma of Protection. You need to equip it and it will allow you to use a shield that will block just about anything but you cannot move while using it.
