After beating Lord Laddak, the game will change as I mentioned in the beginning of the Abbreviated Walkthrough. You will now be able to use a warp in the center of the Oxnevylle Manor to take you to the Wonders of Illygarth area where the final boss fights will happen. When you get there just, go east until you meet Caterina and Annabella. When they ask you to take the throne just say 'NO'. You will then proceed to fight them. Just defeat them for this achievement.
