You will fight this boss at the end of the Drowned Crypt. After getting the Gravitational Ring you can head to the center of Mythringal where the big statue is. You will meet Count Walric and with the Ring you can now move the statue and head underground to the Site Cave. This is mainly a linking area. When you get to the end of the Drowned Crypt, you will fight Edwyn and get this achievement.
Shortly after the cutscene, you will be able to get the Nighthunter's Grappling Claw. For killinh him, you also get your first liver. You can trade this for spells later in the Manor. With the Gravitational Ring and the Grappling Claw, you can see my Abbreviated Walkthrough above and I give you info on the two different ways you can go from here. Either through The Marshland of Shadows to City of Erlim and The Esk Mansion or through the Oxnevylle Manor to the ice area Damned Ruins of Osseus Fortress. I recommend the Marshlands as it will take you to a very helpful and important ability. The fortress route will take you to some enemies that can help you gain Nycrux fairly quickly.
