Early in the game in the Mythringal area you will find Old Man Wymond. After that you will find him in three other spots. To fight him, you will meet Lucyl in Mythringal who speaks about Wymond and asks for the water well flowers. You can find these south-east of the first save point in the City of Erlim after speaking to Count Walric for the second tiime. Take these back to Lucyl to complete her quest and later in the game, after you face Leena solo and meeting Old Man Wymond all four previous times, he will appear here as a boss fight for the fifth meeting. He will drop the fourth liver. This is the item I had issues dropping. If you have the same issues, make sure you dashboard and do not save the game. Proceed to do a few other things and then come back and try beating him again. Just make sure you dashboard again if the item does not drop. Mine finally dropped after beating him like 5-6 times. I have no idea what causes this.
