This ability is in the Esk Mansion. At the end after putting the three small mirrors back together and getting the fourth and final piece put that piece in the large mirror to get warped below. Use the checkpoint and face and beat Yegor and Leena. Once you beat them, continue east and warp back up with the mirror. You will get a heart of Nycrux and in the next room the Propulsion Boots. This will allow you to hit
