Video guide from The Trophy Platypus that shows the location of each challenge’s spawn point and pattern. The game is usually pretty generous with the times, but there are a couple that offer a little more difficulty due to obstacles. I only had to retry two challenges once each before finishing them. They’re not hard.

I've completed all the time trials and the list shows all done, alas, the achievement won't unlock (and this is my last achievement). Any suggestions?
I have:
-Restarted the console.
-Quit game and restarted.
-Re-raced all races to victories in the same game.
-Un-installed & reinstalled amd loaded last save.
UPDATE:
I started over and played the whole game again, and went straight for the missions only to unlock the areas for each race.
Achievement unlocked.
