A good place to farm this is in the building to the top left of area 4.1, there's a large group of enemies right by the entrance. Remove your armour, run to the 2nd group of enemies whilst using your boomerang if you need that achievement, then summon Rover, let yourself die then rinse and repeat.
This achievement as well as the boomerang takes a good bit longer than it looks because Rover doesn't seem to like to hit the large groups and generally does around 100 damage per summon but they both popped for me at the exact same time.
