How to unlock the March of the Soldiers achievement in The Last Remnant - Definitive Guide

You need to recruit 30 different leaders in the Guilds. To do that quickly, save your game then sell all that you have until you get 150,000. Go to every town and recruit all the leaders until you unlock the achievement. I did the tour of the town in this order: Athlum, Celapaleis, Elysion, Balterossa, Royotia. Of course, if its not enough, continue your tour.

You need to recruit 30 Leaders for this achievement.

You can hire cheap leaders then dismiss them to get this quickly.
