This is a misc achievement in the first Chapter called Solitude of the game.
About half way through the level you will come to a point where you enter a building that looks like a castle (has a gate, is grey and towers to the sides)
Open and enter the gate, then just turn around and walk the way back till the achievement plops.
Should normally not be far but seems cheevos in this game tend to pop a bit delayed.
If you miss this during your playthrough you can use chapter select after finsishing the game.
