This is in fact the only cheevo that would qualify as a missable as you would have to redo the whole chapter to have another shot at this.
It occurs at the end of the chapter anger.
You will climb a tower and at the end there will be a stage with a princess on it.
A lot of pinata looking things will come at you at the same time while you need to smash them and try to get on the stage to the priness.
These are quite pesky and the controls don't really work very well for this. Also not sure how much time you really have as I didn't wanna play this chapter again but it isn't too bad to do.
If you think you are a bit to slow you can simply reload the checkpoint and will start almost there again.
Cheevo plops when you get near enough to the priness.
Of course at the end of the game you an use chapter selet to mop this up if you missed it during your playthrough.
