Defeat the bosses at the end of Chapter 3. You should defeat three of the four Jaeger Dropout first while continuously delaying Gideon's turn to limit his art and normal attacks. Make sure you heal your characters before finishing the last Jaeger Dropout. Gideon will summon Ginosha-Zanak to fight against your party, which can inflict poison on your characters - this boss also summons some small spiders Zesvia. Use S-Break skill as soon as you can (target those spiders too). Millium's craft can stun the bosses.
