You must have at least 1 million Mira (game currency) at once in order for the trophy to unlock. In the Final Chapter on your second playthrough, you can just sell everything you own (including character's equipment, quartz, and Sepith Mass and Elements) if you need the extra cash. You also can follow one of these methods below:

• In case you don't have enough Mira after selling everything, you can start the 3rd playthrough by using 2 NG+ points to receive 300,000 Mira and 3000 of each type of Sepith then sell everything again.
• You can let Elliot make food item from recipe #1 Simple Omelet, he will make Warm Egg Soup most of time. You need to buy 99x Fresh Egg (40 Mira each) and 99x Coarse Rock Salt (20 Mira each) from little girl Tyzel in the Auditorium (before fighting against the final bosses) or any shop sells these ingredients in previous chapter, then sell Warm Egg Soup (80 Mira each) and Soft & Fluffy Omelet (70 Mira each). Depending on the amount of Warm Egg Soup and Soft & Fluffy Omelet Elliot makes, you will receive different amount of profit, the maximum profit which you can get is 1,980 Mira.
