Defeat the bosses at the end of Chapter 2. After you defeat 2x Provincial Army Soldiers, you need to heal your characters. When you go back to the previous area, you are ambushed by two bosses: Kazakh Doven B and Kazakh Doven R. They will attack you from both sides, so you should focus on eliminating one of them first before moving on to the other. You can use Machias' craft Break Shot to decrease their DEF then use the right attack type to trigger the Link Attack.
