in the chapter select screen where you then have to equip something.

You will need to earn some spirit points first in order to buy anything from Uncle Iroh's store. (Remember to get to Uncle Iroh's store you need to press 
). Once you do successfully buy an item you will need to go into Korra's room (
) and then tap 
on any of the D-Pad slots. You will then be able to select any of the items from your inventory to put into your quick select.
