This is awarded after the Boss battle against Ding Peng.
After a cutscene where you get betrayed and your rebel friends get shot you will have to fight against a huge pile of enemies being summoned by Ding peng.
He is the Old man with white hair that keeps running away from you so focus only on him and ignore everyone else. Use your
or 
to hit him while jumping through the other guys.
You can avoid the enemies above you completly. If you get low on health just press
to regain some health.

If you ignore the above enemies, you might miss out on Captain Mustache as he has to survive. I'm not sure if replaying the Ding Peng fight, via reliving the memory, unlocks that.

Somehow this achievement and Captain Mustache both glitched on me. I've unlocked everything else, save for the Legend achievement (for getting all the other achievements).
