Wang is the first Real Boss you encounter after the sewer levels.
Hes the fat guy sitting in the chariot.
He shouldnt pose too much of a challenge but if you get low on health press

Once he finishes trying to run you over keep spamming
attacks or even 
if the gauge is loaded.
Look for a
appearing on his head so he drops some health for you too.
In a later stage you will encounter 2 turrets if you see them on each side quickly jump up to them and slash them then proceed to damage Wang.
