Found this Guide very helpful and even sped up all the traversal to show you where everything is. Plus to get the achievement you just need to find all the collectables in the sewer and can be done over multiple tries.

Appreciate the speed ups. Only improvement would be in the timestamps, break them up into the different replayable sections and also label what item it is to help people hunting their last few
